The Phone Store is a legally registered retail enterprise situated at Ground Floor Room 2 & 3, Old 127 V Cross Cambridge Road, Someshwarapuram, Bangalore 560008, Karnataka, India. All transactions, contracts, and claims are subject exclusively to the laws of India and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore.

2. Certified Refurbished Product Standards & Warranty

• Certified Refurbished Inventory: All refurbished devices sold by The Phone Store are genuine, quality-certified smartphones that have completed our rigorous 32-point diagnostics test for display, touch digitizer, cameras, battery health (≥ 85%), and network connectivity.
• The Phone Store Warranty: Refurbished devices are backed by our Store Warranty and an initial 7-Day Functional Replacement Guarantee covering verified hardware defects not attributable to user physical damage, liquid ingress, or unauthorized third-party tampering.
• Legitimate Sourcing: All incoming pre-owned stock is screened against national lost/stolen device registries to guarantee 100% legal, unencumbered ownership.

3. Trade-In, Buyback & Customer Legal Declaration

Customers trading in or selling pre-owned devices represent and warrant:

• The customer is the sole legal owner of the device and possesses full legal rights to trade or sell the handset.
• The handset is completely free from active retail finance plans, unpaid carrier EMIs, or corporate Mobile Device Management (MDM) / Knox profile locks.
• Government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or DL) and a signed declaration are mandatory for all trade-in transactions.

4. Pricing, Invoicing & Payments

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Computerized tax invoices are issued with every purchase.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit & Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Store Cash at our Bangalore center.
